World Changers Church International is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator - 1128 Near College Park, GA

 

Position Title:Administrative Coordinator Department: Children’s Ministry

Reports To:Children’s Ministry Director Position Status:Full Time

Job Class: Exempt

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:

The Administrative Coordinator has the primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Children’s Ministry office and is also responsible for ensuring that projects, policies, and reports are completed in a timely manner.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES:

None

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist in fulfilling the Vision and Mission of World Changers Church International
  • Manage and update Children’s Ministry rosters and check in/out systems
  • Review and post virtual services on all social media platforms
  • Oversee office in the absence of the Director
  • Attend meeting for Director in their absence
  • Responds to written and/or verbal communications on behalf of the Director
  • Facilitate special projects within the Children’s Ministry
  • Manage Director’s calendar by scheduling Christian advisement appointments and meetings
  • Aides in any function pertaining to Children’s Ministry office for the Director
  • Sort and distribute mail, filing
  • Managing compliance with the department’s budget
  • Maintain updated policies and procedures
  • Process background checks
  • Complete reference checks for potential volunteers
  • Input and maintain statistical data on X drive
  • Draft and type letters and memos
  • Submit weekly reports
  • Prepare deposits, purchase and check requisitions, credit card receipts and accounting documents
  • Assist with preparing timekeeping/payroll reports
  • Submit work orders for facilities and network services
  • Coordinate special events, staff workshops and other projects
  • Prepare monthly budget for Children’s Ministry
  • Order office supplies for Children Ministry
  • Get quotes from vendors for budget purposes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Certification in early childhood education a plus

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in overseeing an office
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Managing budget

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Type 50 wpm
  • Ability to prepare reports
  • Ability to plan and organize
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
